*BEST* EVER NUTELLA CAKE | EGGLESS CAKE RECIPE

Episode 20 of #SmallServeDesserts, a series where I bring you recipes for people who want to experiment with baking in small batches and want to avoid investing in ingredients in big quantities ❤️✨If you love Nutella as much as I do, then you are going to love this eggless Nutella cake🥰🫶 A recipe that ticks all the boxes✅, this cake is the perfect pick-me-up for any time of the day ❤️🫰

Ingredients-
🍫1/4 cup sugar
🍫2 tbsp vegetable oil
🍫1/2 cup yogurt
🍫1 tbsp Nutella
🍫1 tbsp milk
🍫3/4 cup maida
🍫1/2 tsp baking powder
🍫1/4 tsp baking soda

For topping
🍫Chopped hazelnuts

Glaze
🍫1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
🍫1 tbsp nutella
🍫1.5 tbsp oil

Method-
1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius and line a 4” springform pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together castor sugar and oil. Then add yogurt, Nutella and milk. Mix everything well till we get a homogeneous mixture.
3. Sift in maida, baking powder and baking soda combine everything well with a spatula. Do not overmix at this stage.
4. Pour the batter in the lined pan, top with the hazelnuts and bake it for 25-30 minutes.
5. For the glaze- melt the chocolate completely and mix nutella and oil in it. Your glaze is ready.
6. Wait for the cake to come at the room temperature and then decorate it with the chocolate glaze
