The time it will take for your fish to cook is going to depend on its thickness. I could only get my hands on super tiny (paper thin) fillets from my local fish market but I recommend going for something at least 4-6 oz. in size. For smaller fillets like mine, you don’t need more than 5 or so minute in the oven whereas larger ones will take up to 12 minutes. You can check for doneness if the fish easily flakes with a fork.
