2 stalks of lettuce (sliced)
1 can of tuna flakes in oil (save the oil)
1 small can of pineapple chunks (drained)
1/2 block of cheese (small cubes)
1 boiled egg (slice into 4)
1 small cucumber (sliced, remove the center seeds)
1 apple (sliced)
