Masal vadai is a very popular South Indian snack. Its an ultimate evening snack and favourite for many people.
I don’t want to miss this favourite snack even in paleo / LCHF diet. Found this … happily sharing with you guys.
Ingredients:
200g paneer
2 Tbsp coconut flour / fresh
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 onion chopped
2 garlic chopped
Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt
For the masala powder:
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
3 red chilli
1/2 inch cinnamon
2 cloves
1 sprig curry leaves
Direction:
Grind the ingredients under masala powder coarsely and keep it aside.
In a blender add panner , coconut flour and blend.
In a big bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Devide the mixture into lemon sized balls and flatten it.
Heat oil in a dosa pan over low to medium heat.
Place the vadai pieces and cook until it turns into golden brown.
Serve as a snack or as a meal.
