Paleo Chicken Parmesan

– 2 tbsp arrowroot flour https://amzn.to/36GMPep
– 1/8 tsp himalayan salt
– pepper
– 1/8 tsp garlic powder
– 1/8 tsp basil
– 4 chicken cutlets
– 1 egg
– 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
– parsley to garnish (optional)
Cashew Ricotta
– 3/4 cup cashews
– juice of half a lemon
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– salt and pepper
400F 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
