The Jasmine’s pretty pink hue gives the illusion that it will be quite a sweet drink. The addition of Campari gives the impression it will be quite a bitter drink but in fact it sits right in the middle. Not sweet, barely bitter and to be honest, leaves me underwhelmed.
INGREDIENTS
– 45mL Gin
– 7.5mL Campari
– 7.5mL Cointreau
– 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
HOW TO
1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake & double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
3. Garnish with a twist of lemon
