Classic pot roast recipe
Happy Sunday! I hope you enjoy this recipe for oven pot roast with garlic mashed potatoes. This is perfect for Sunday dinner or anytime you want a hearty meal full of flavor. I used an Angus Chuck roast and cooked it low and slow to ensure a tender fall apart roast for dinner. For the mashed potatoes I oven roasted a few cloves of garlic first to add a caramelized garlic flavor to our potatoes along with a few other tasty ingredients. This is a great meal to serve to your family or enjoy for yourself with plenty of leftovers. Enjoy!
