35ml Vodka
15ml Amaretto
25ml Lemon Juice
50ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Monin Blood Orange Syrup
Add the first 4 ingredients to a Cocktail Shaker with Ice. Shake Hard, then pour into a Rocks Glass. Drizzle the Blood Orange Syrup over the Top

50ml Vodka
150ml London Essence Rhubarb & Cardamom Soda
15ml Sugar
10ml Lime Juice
Dash of Plum Bitters
Add the ingredients to a Wine Glass, Add Some Ice. Stir and Garnish with a Mint Sprig
