2 teaspoon Ghee
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
Asafoetida, a pinch
1 sprig Curry Leaves
1 small Onion, chopped
Salt, to taste
1/2 small Tomato, chopped
3 tablespoon Carrot, chopped
3 tablespoon French Beans, chopped
2 tablespoon Capsicum, chopped
3 tablespoon Peas
1-1/2 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
4 tablespoon Toor Dal, pressure cooked
1/2 cup Tamarind Extract
1-1/2 tablespoon Bisibele Bath Powder

Recipe 2: Carrot Uthappam & Coconut Chutney
Carrot Uttapam
Ingredients
1 bowl Dosa Batter
1 Carrot, grated
1 Green Chilli, chopped
1 sprig Curry Leaves, chopped
4 Shallots, chopped
Pink Salt, to taste
Green Chilli, chopped
Curry Leaves
Coconut Oil

Coconut Chutney
Ingredients
1 cup Coconut Meat
3 Shallots
1 Green Chilli
1 sprig Curry Leaves
Pink Salt, to taste
2 tablespoon Water
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 Red Chilli
1 sprig Curry Leaves

Recipe 3: Paneer Burji
Ingredients

1 Green Chilli, chopped

100 grams Paneer(Low Fat), grated
