Lunch
Fried rice

Dinner
Coconut milk Mutton curry

Butter tea, butter coffee or 3eggs

Lunch
Vegetables 300gms
Dinner
Any non veg 250-300gms
Avoid deep fry.
Use coconut oil, ghee, butter or oliveoil.

Foods avoided :
Don’t take carbs, snacks, junkfoods, outsidefoods, bakery items, no sugar items,

Fruits only allowed : avacoda or apple
Vegetables avoid : potato, vazhakai

Snacks : cucumber, raw coconut, greentea, buttermilk, lemon juice with salt.
