The staple Italian amaro, Campari, is a key ingredient in the Italian Gentleman. A mash of Negroni, Boulevardier and Sour all rolled into one interesting and complex drink.
INGREDIENTS
– 45mL Campari
– 45mL Bourbon Whiskey
– 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
– 7.5mL Sugar Syrup (2:1)
– 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
HOW TO
1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake & double strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Garnish with a twist of lemon
