Hi friends! Wanna know How we Food Prep for our Large Family of 8 to keep our Meal times easier?! Watch this one to find practical tips on how I use my crockpot to save us tons of time throughout the weekend and into the next week!

I took a little time on Friday to prepare foods we could enjoy to cut down work on the weekend!! This helps save so much time in the kitchen!

***Crockpot Carnitas***
Pork Roast
1-2 yellow Onion
(season to taste)
salt
pepper
paprika
cumin (just a bit)
bay leaves
**Cook on low for up to 20 hours until meat is falling apart. I often start this Saturday evening and we eat it Sunday after church.

***Veggie Beef Soup***
cooked ground beef
onion
celery
beef broth (or water and bullion like I used)
tomato product (a cup of tomato product such as
spaghetti sauce in veggie beef soup
makes all the difference to me!)
veggies of any type (here are some ideas I love to use)
cabbage
carrot
cauliflower
squash (like zucchini)
frozen mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots, green beans)
**Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for up to 8 until the veggies are tender as you like them.

***Adobo Chicken***
any cut of chicken will do, our favorite is bone-in leg and thigh
1 c soy sauce (or substitute)
2 c vinegar
1-2 bay leaves
optional – a spicy chili and garlic cloves for cooking
**Cook on high for 2 1/2 – 3 hours
