The Quarantine Order continues on the classic tiki format and brings together well known Donn the Beachcomber flavour combinations in this delicious tiki cocktail. William Prestwood of Pagan Idol, San Francisco, created this cocktail with the intentions of highlighting the cinnamon notes of Angostura bitters – whilst I feel the cinnamon is a little hidden, it’s still a damn tasty libation.

INGREDIENTS
90 ml Jamaican Rum preferably equal parts Appleton Estate Signature and Rum-Bar Gold
30 ml Lime Juice
30 ml Grapefruit Juice
15 ml Cinnamon Syrup
15 ml Passionfruit Syrup
5 dashes Angostura Bitters
METHOD
1. Combine the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with crushed ice and pour into the glass
3. Top with crushed ice
4. Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wheel and cherry
