Healthy and Easy – Burnt Corn & Paneer Salad | बर्न्ट कॉर्न पनीर सलाद | Chetna Patel Recipes

Burnt Corn and Paneer Salad
ingredients :
2 no – American Corn
Take a oil and brush the Corn Cob
Keep above the flame and Let burn full in Slow Flame
Remove Corn Kernel and keep aside

Dressing : Take a Glass Jar or Bottle
1 tbsp – Extra Vergin Olive Oil
1+1/2 tbsp – Lemon Juice
1 tsp – Chilli Flakes
Salt to Taste
2 tsp – Sugar
1 tsp – Garlic Crushed
Whisk Properly

Assemble :
Take a big Mixing Bowl
1 no – Capsicum Chopped
1 no – Tomato Chopped
1 no – Onion Chopped
1/2 no – Cucumber Chopped
1/2 no – Red Capsicum Chopped
1 tbsp – Green Chilli Chopped
Put above dressing and mix well
1/4 Cup – Paneer Cubes Small
1/2 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
1/4 Cup – Coriander Leaves Chopped
Mix Well and Serve
