Brazil 66 Cachaca Cocktail Recipe

The Brazil 66 cocktail was created at a San Francisco bar called Absinthe. This Cachaca cocktail could also be referred to as an orange Caipirinha as it has strikingly similar ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
– 45mL Cachaca
– 15mL Cointreau
– 15mL Fresh Orange Juice
– 15mL Fresh Lime Juice
– 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)

HOW TO
1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned
3. Garnish with a lime wedge
