Garlic Butter Chicken:
2 medium chicken breasts sliced horizontal in half so they become thinner
2tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Dash of salt and pepper
Dash of crushed red pepper
1 lb asparagus
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbs butter
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 of the juice of one lemon
Heat olive oil in pan then add the chicken season on both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Cook the chicken through.
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and cut the asparagus into bite-size pieces steam in the microwave for about one minute
Remove the cooked chicken to a separate plate.
To make the sauce add butter, garlic, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, and lemon. Whisk and let simmer for about one minute add the asparagus to the sauce, cover and let the asparagus get to the tenderness that you like it (about 2-3 mins) add the chicken back in then serve!

Italian Sausage Pasta:
1 lb Italian ground beef
1 tbs olive oil
12 oz of pasta (I used Italian Trottole)
2 tsp minced garlic
1 diced white onion
28 oz Italian style petite diced tomatoes
1.5 cups heavy cream
2 cups fresh chopped spinach
Cook your pasta in a pot of boiling water. Add oil to a large pot once it’s hot add the sausage and brown it. Add the garlic and diced onion let the onion get soft for about 1 to 2 minutes. Now add the diced tomatoes and cream simmer for 5 mins. Add the fresh spinach let it wilt down. Lastly add the drained pasta in serve.

Garlic Lemon Pork Chops:
5 medium thick pork chops
2 tbs melted butter
1 tbs olive oil
Dash of Salt and pepper
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs all purpose flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 of the juice of one lemon
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup heavy cream
Add 1 tbs of butter and olive oil to a pan once hot add the pork chops season with salt and pepper on each side. Cook pork chops for about 3 mins on each side. Once cooked remove to a separate plate. For the sauce add 1 tbs of butter to the pan with garlic whisk until garlic is fragrant. Add the four in whisk until golden. Add chicken broth and lemon whisk until smooth. When the sauce starts to thicken add the garlic powder and cream combine then add the pork chops back in. Serve!
