Quick Breakfast Wrap Recipe
1 wrap of your choice (Heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds at 700 watts.)
1 tbsp bacon bits
1 tbsp chopped spring onions
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
How to do
1.In a flying pan on low heat, melt 1 tsp butter.
2.Crack in eggs. Using a spatula to stir the yolks and egg whites until combined.
3.Season with a little salt and ground pepper.
4.Once the eggs are almost done, place the cheese on the eggs.
5.Cover the pan for 1 minute until the cheese has melted.
6.Place the scrambled eggs onto the wrap.
7.Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
8.Place the bacon and wrap up.
9.Cut the wrap into half. Enjoy!
