Breakfast French toast-
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 cup of almond milk ( or milk of your choice)
2 tbl brown sugar
1 tbl cane sugar
Snack smoothie-
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup of almond milk
1/3 cup of blueberries
1 tbl honey
handfull of spinach
1/2 cup of orange juice
Lunch Fried Tofu-
Extra firm tofu drained
corn starch
grape seed oil
1/3 cup of coconut aminos or soy sauce
1/3 cup of maple syrup
Dinner Halibut with baked Brussel Sprouts-
Shred brussel sprouts
rinse and then coat in grape seed oil or olive oil
bake on baking sheet at 400’F for 10 mins or until golden brown
coat brussel sprouts with 2 tbl of pesto sauce
cook halibut on each side for about 3 mins until cooked through
