WHAT MY 5 YEAR OLD EATS! KINDERGARTENER MEAL IDEAS//HEALTHY MEAL IDEAS FOR KIDS!

Welcome back to my channel! If you’re new, hello welcome! I hope you hit that subscribe button so you can keep up with all my latest updates! So, today’s videos all about healthy and easy meal ideas for kindergarteners! Although I made these meals for my 5 year old, you can definitely eat them too or feed them to your preschooler or toddler! Just modify the food portions and cut them up accordingly 🙂 I am big on cooking easy dinners and making them quick too! So my kids breakfast, lunch and dinner had to be a quick and easy prep! Breakfast French toast-

2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 cup of almond milk ( or milk of your choice)
2 tbl brown sugar
1 tbl cane sugar

Snack smoothie-

1/2 frozen banana
1 cup of almond milk
1/3 cup of blueberries
1 tbl honey
handfull of spinach
1/2 cup of orange juice

Lunch Fried Tofu-

Extra firm tofu drained
corn starch
grape seed oil
1/3 cup of coconut aminos or soy sauce
1/3 cup of maple syrup

Dinner Halibut with baked Brussel Sprouts-

Shred brussel sprouts
rinse and then coat in grape seed oil or olive oil
bake on baking sheet at 400’F for 10 mins or until golden brown
coat brussel sprouts with 2 tbl of pesto sauce

cook halibut on each side for about 3 mins until cooked through
