BLUE LADY

1 oz/30 ml Dry Gin
1.5 oz/45 ml Blue Curacao
.75 oz/22.5 ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg White

Method

1. Add all ingredients to the shaker tin.
2. Shake without ice for 10-15 seconds hard.
3. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds hard.
3. Fine strain into a coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a desiccated orange wheel.
