Raspberry Lemonade

4-5 Raspberries
.75 oz/22.5 ml Simple Syrup
2 oz/60 ml White Rum
1.5 oz/45 ml Lemon Juice
2 oz/60 ml Soda Water

Method

1. Add raspberries to shaker tin.
2. Muddle gently.
3. Add Simple Syrup, Rum, and Lemon Juice.
4. Shake for 10-15 seconds with ice.
5. Pour into Collins glass over fresh ice.
6. Top with soda water.
7. Garnish with a Lemon wheel and 1 Raspberry.
