Apple mimosa:
1oz apple vodka (30ml)
2dash orange bitters
2oz apple juice (60ml)
Top with prosecco
Garnish: apple slice
Pumpkin Pie Moscoe Mule:
1/2oz lime juice (15ml)
2 bar spoon pumpkin puree
2dash pumpkin spice
2oz Whipped cream vodka (60ml)
Top with ginger beer
Garnish: lime wheel
Fall Aperol Spritz
1.5oz Aperol (45ml)
1/2oz Chambord (15ml)
1dash orange bitters
3oz prosecco (90ml)
Top with blood orange soda (Pellegrino)
Garnish: orange peel
Fall Old Fashioned:
2oz bourbon (60ml)
1 bar spoon maple syrup
3/4oz apple cider (22ml)
3dash orange bitters
3dash aromatic bitters
Garnish: luxardo cherry
Pumkin Spice Margarita:
1oz orange juice
1oz lime juice
1oz pumpkin syrup
2oz tequila anejo
Garnish: cinnamon, salt, sugar rim. cinnamon stick
Pumkin Syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2cup water
1/4teaspoon ground ginger
1/4teaspoon ground nutmeg
2tbs pumpkin puree
1 cinnamon stick
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to light boil until sugar is completely dissolved let cool strain and bottle.
