White Lady cocktail recipe
Believed to be created by Harry Craddock at London’s Savoy Hotel bar and also published in The Savoy Cocktail Book in 1930.

– 2 oz / 60 ml gin
– 0.75 oz / 22.5 ml Cointreau
– 0.75 oz / 22.5 ml lemon juice
– 0.25 oz / 7.5 ml simple syrup
– 0.5 oz / 15 ml egg white
– Garnish: lemon twist
