Negroni Week! A classic Negroni cocktail generally calls for equal parts but I’ve opted for a more gin-forward approach for this 3 ingredient cocktail. I like to change between local gins depending on the mood. If I want a softer, sweeter style Negroni then I will opt for Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth with its subtle vanilla notes otherwise I’ll swap the sweet vermouth for Punt e Mes for a bold, bitter Negroni variation.

INGREDIENTS
– 45mL Gin (1½ oz)
– 30mL Sweet Vermouth (1 oz)
– 30mL Campari (1 oz)
METHOD
1. Combine the 3 ingredients into your double old fashioned glass
2. Stir with ice
3. Garnish with a large twist of orange
