Here’s how to make them:
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 3.5 oz 72% dark chocolate, chopped
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
• 1 large egg, room temp
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• ¼ cup extra chocolate chips or chunks (optional for extra gooeyness!)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Melt butter and dark chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl (30-second increments, stirring after each). Let cool.
3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
4️⃣ Stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
5️⃣ Sift in flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
